The Opportunity:
We require an Automotive Business Manager for a busy and respected volume franchised dealership group.

This is an excellent opportunity for a target driven, hands on sales professional to manage a team of sales professionals and increase the sale of finance and insurance related products. Success will open up career opportunities within the group.

The Successful Person:
The main functions of this key role are to:

Maximise the profitable sale of finance and insurance products
Guide the Salespeople through the sales process with customers
Assist in the closing of vehicle sales using finance products
Manage relationships with and product approvals from the appointed finance companies
Ensure the dealership and staff are conversant with all finance and insurance products
Ensure all F&I processes are adhered to and are within current FCA regulations

You should be able to mentor and develop others while being regarded as a member of the team. If you have a proven track record of over achievement in direct sales this could be the role for you so please apply to us below.
